Booking accommodation

Delegates are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference delegates wishing to stay at the Hotel Russell at a special rate of £159 plus VAT for a double room for single occupancy inclusive of breakfast.

To take advantage of this special rate, delegates must reserve their room no later than 6th February 2012. Wherever possible, accommodation should be reserved early as rooms cannot be guaranteed and rates are subject to change after this date.
